I am one of the Editors of AfricaNews.com and part of the editorial team in Ghana. I have eight years working experience in print and online journalism.
I am a co-founder and an Assistant Editor of Swedish-based Pressillustrated.com, an automated news aggregator on general world issues. I was the Editor-in-Chief of a child advocacy newspaper – The Child Alert. I spent most of my journalism career with the Accra Daily Mail newspaper.
I have a certificate in online journalism and multimedia from the International Institute of Journalism (IIJ) in Berlin, Germany. I have two other certificates in political reporting and regional integration from London-based Commonwealth Press Union and IIJ respectively.
I enjoy taking photographs and using the internet for research. I enjoy playing and watching football. Perhaps that moved me to take up a part-time job to manage the personal website of Dulee Johnson, a professional Liberian footballer.
Occasionally, I take contracts such as rapporteuring for Non-Governmental Organizations and profiling celebrities and corporate institutions. I am always the youngest in any organizational set up I find myself but strive to be among the best. That has motivated me to this stage in life. I am curious, a “multi-tasker”, quiet but have great sense of humour.
You do wear so many hats, where do you find the time. I enjoyed your blog keep up the good work.
I agree with you but to me it’s a matter of ingenuity. Thanks anyway for your encouragement. cheers.
